About Us

A "40-something" cyclist well past his prime yet still taking cycling too seriously. Here I am many many (many) years ago smashing out my first Triathlon on my first ever road bike. Look at that poor form, those tri-bars pointing to the sky. These days a 12km commute ride to work and countless sessions on the indoor trainer is as good as it gets.
